Account Executive
We are looking for a dynamic Account Executive to join our team. This role involves closing deals with mid-to-large enterprises across industries, building relationships with heads of marketing, marketing operations, and innovation teams. While there is an emphasis on the CPG sector, you’ll also be engaging companies in insurance, healthcare, and financial services—industries where BL.INK excels.
As an Account Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping BL.INK’s growth, leveraging your sales expertise to expand our customer base and refine our processes for success. At this time, you will be the only AE on the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue Growth: Close deals with organizations in CPG, insurance, healthcare, financial services, and beyond.
- Account-Based Strategy: Work closely with marketing to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies for target accounts. Marketing/sales alignment is critical to our success.
- Sales Process Development: Leverage HubSpot to create, refine, and document scalable sales processes, including developing playbooks.
- Prospect Engagement: Manage the sales cycle from demo to close, asking qualifying questions, capturing prospect needs, and aligning BL.INK’s solutions to their goals.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with leadership and marketing to optimize outreach, messaging, and client success.
Qualifications
- Enterprise Sales Expertise: Proven track record of selling to mid-to-large companies (500+ employees, $250K+ annual revenue), with experience in CPG, insurance, healthcare, or financial services a strong plus.
- Marketing Technology Knowledge: Familiarity with marketing operations tools and solutions, particularly those involving connected packaging or QR codes.
- HubSpot Proficiency: Experience using HubSpot to manage pipelines and enhance sales efficiency.
- Adaptable and Self-Starter: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and take ownership of diverse responsibilities.

- Rewarding Compensation: Target OTE $300K+ based on performance, no cap. This consists of $80,000 to $100,000 base plus 20% commission on the first year’s goal.
