As a Senior Project Manager at BL.INK, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our global SaaS applications. You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure the seamless execution of projects related to our esteemed clients, such as Airbnb, American Cancer Society, and Bank of America. Your deep expertise in the Atlassian suite and experience managing diverse teams across different languages and geographies will be essential in this role.

What You'll Do:
  • Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end project management for global SaaS applications, from initiation to delivery, ensuring on-time and within-budget execution.

  • Atlassian Expertise: Leverage your deep knowledge of the Atlassian suite, including JIRA and Confluence, to streamline project workflows and enhance collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of automation and reporting as well as SaaS application delivery models.

  • Multi-Language and Geographic Management: Effectively manage projects that span multiple languages and geographies, addressing cultural differences and time zone challenges.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear and open communication with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment on project goals and progress.

  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.

  • Customer Facing: Be ready to be out in front and lead communication and status updates for both internal and external stakeholders.

What we need:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred. 
    Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a strong background in global B2B and B2C SaaS applications.
  • Extensive expertise in the Atlassian suite, particularly JIRA and Confluence.
  • Proven experience in managing multi-language and multi-geography projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities..
