Customer Care Specialist

You’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and the executive team to help resolve questions and report your success as the face of BL.INK.
Responsibilities:
- Be the "first voice" of the company, acting as the primary point of contact for all inbound and outbound support requests.
- Ensure the retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients by providing exceptional customer care.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and goals, and provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
- Work directly with sales, product management, and customer success managers to resolve outstanding issues quickly.
- Proactively reach out to clients to identify areas of improvement and address any concerns.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to advocate for clients and ensure their needs are met.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries, troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
- Work closely with development teams on bugs, new features, and product updates.
- Maintaining functions of customer care including processes, automation, support articles, and more.
- Work with a diverse and multi-cultural client base with customers around the globe.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs for creating and managing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Experience with Atlassian JIRA, Atlassian Confluence, Hubspot, and Freshdesk for efficient issue tracking, collaboration, and knowledge management.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles as they relate to organic and paid search, allowing you to understand and communicate effectively with technical teams.
- Familiarity with Freshdesk, Hubspot, Slack, and other collaborative communication tools to streamline internal and external communications.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Urchin Tracking Module (UTM) Codes, and Link Attribution, enabling you to analyze website traffic, track marketing campaigns, and optimize conversion rates.
- Proactive in staying up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in online advertising, ensuring you can provide informed guidance to clients and keep our support services aligned with industry best practices.
- Have an affinity for technology, marketing, and the multitude of tools throughout the ecosystem.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Previous experience in customer care or a related field. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and energetic tone.
- Detail-oriented and analytical, with the ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction through thoughtful and proactive support.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-starter, driven, team player that looks for ways to actively contribute to new processes, product updates, and more.
